Instead of fight,

Comes
Almost
Later.

Sees only
What I
Want
To
See.

Different organisations use different language to describe similar things and sometimes similar language to describe different things. Are 'invalided out', and retirement due to ill health the same thing? Certainly being 'invalided out' is not an experience anyone would want. It was a stark experience for Mike Penn.
