Fit, Fou (F..k it, F..k you)

An incessant, repetitive whisper in my mind suggests
This imbecile doesn’t know what’s in his own interest.

Intuitively, interaction thus far leads me to believe
That this jumped up buffoon, is nothing but naïve.

But surely the customer’s always right, aren’t they?
They have the choice and the pockets and they pay.

They call the shots, so I should dance to their tune
I need good customer feedback and I need it soon.

So should I simply satisfy the idiot, get ten out of ten?
Or tell him to stick his requirements and if so when?

Should I cleverly engage him in a dance of influence
Should I gently coerce, through my sheer brilliance.

Ah, Fit Fou, done my best, tried to be your support
I’ll fill out the form myself and fraudulently report!



Makes me think that ...

Try as you might you just can't help some people. So what do you do when your customer  can't say, won't or just doesn't know what they want? How do help them understand that you truly want to help them get the best solution, not rip them off. How do you get them to comprehend that you want them to be happy and use you again and again. Sometimes its hard. In 'Fit Fou', you can feel Loot's frustration.
